About us: The Counterpoint Choir of fifty singers gives three main concert performances a year. We are a friendly group of people, drawn together by a love of choral music and benefiting from regular training in technique. We produce most of our own soloists through progress through the ranks of the choir, but also invite professional soloists and instrumentalists for major works. We also have the Counterpoint Singers, a smaller group of 12-24 voices for smaller concerts, weddings etc., Counterpoint Opera and Counterpoint Theatre, which sings music hall, songs from the shows and jazz.
Aanna Colls’, Counterpoint Arts’ Artistic Director, aims to introduce singers to a wide variety of repertoire, including lesser known works, which challenge the singers in the creation of their special sound, delighting audiences from near and far.
Would you like to help us by becoming a Counterpoint Arts’ Associate?
There are several ways of doing this:
1. By becoming an Associate at £20 a year.
This will give you forward notice of all events, priority booking at all concerts and the Newsletter twice a year.
2. By becoming a Silver Associate at £150 a year (£12.50 a month).
Forward notice and priority booking as above, the facility to reserve seats in the best part of the hall, 2 tickets
for a concert of your choice and an invitation to concert(s) held only for Gold and Silver Friends.
3. By becoming a Gold Associate at £250 a year (£20.83 a month).
As for Silver, but a pair of Season Tickets for all performances.
4. By becoming a Corporate Associate through your business at £300 a year (£25 a month).
As for Gold plus a half page advert in the three major concert programmes
